Indian Food Recipes- Vegetable Stock

INGREDIENTS
1 medium sized onion, 1/2 medium sized carrot, 2-3 inch stalk Celery .2 clove garlic, 1bayleaf,6-7,pepper corns 3-4, cloves.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Peel, wash and slice onion and carrot. Wash and cut celery into small pieces. Peel and crush garlic.

Take all the ingredients in a pan with five cups of water and bring it to a boil.

Simmer for fifteen minutes and strain. Cool and store in a refrigerator till further use.
